This policy explains how All TV Remote ("the app"), made by eCreate Infotech, handles information. In short: the app does not collect personal data.

## No account, no personal data

The app has no sign up and no account. We do not collect, store or sell personal data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not use the advertising identifier.

## Your local network

The app asks iOS for Local Network access. It uses this only to find smart TVs on your own Wi-Fi and to send them remote control commands. This traffic stays between your iPhone and your TV and never passes through our servers. We do not run any servers for the app.

## Apple TV app pictures

When you use an Apple TV, the app asks Apple's App Store (itunes.apple.com) for the artwork of the apps on your Apple TV, using each app's public bundle id. No personal data is sent with this request. Apple's own privacy policy applies to it.

## Data kept on your iPhone

- Pairing keys for your TVs are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.

- Your list of TVs, their names and your settings are stored only on your device.

- Deleting the app removes this data. You can also remove a TV in Settings, My TVs.

## Contacting support

If you tap Contact us in the app, your own mail app opens with a new message. To help us solve problems, the message includes the app version, the iOS version and the device model. You can read or remove this before sending. We use your email only to answer you and do not share it.

## Children

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
