By downloading or using All TV Remote ("the app"), made by eCreate Infotech, you agree to these terms. They work together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

## Using the app

The app is free to use. It lets you control smart TVs on your own Wi-Fi network. Use it only with TVs and devices that you own or are allowed to control.

## Not affiliated with TV brands

All TV Remote is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roku, Samsung, LG, Google, Amazon, Vizio, Apple or any other TV or streaming brand. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

## Provided as is

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. TV makers can change their software at any time, so some features may not work on every TV or model.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, eCreate Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
